Rifle wet bag ?

Going to make 2 rifle bags for float hunting. I ordered 2 yards of pvc material and a can of hh66 glue. Going to shape it like a soft case and and add a sling with loops on the ends for tie downs. Roll down end like a wet bag. I never worked with pvc or hh66 any advice or thoughts?

Got them done , the glue is strong enough I didn't need to sew anything. Wish I had them 40 years ago . One boat hunt in Canada trashed a wood stocked mod 70

We use them in idaho and alaska for our boat/float hunts. They are padded and weigh nothing

I like that one and at a great price. I needed 2 and didn't see any under $100. Going to throw it i the tub tonight and see if it will float. I doubt it. I was worried about padding getting wet.
