They had a huge sale last fall/winter for 1k off not sure how many are even available. They are out of stock in most places.

For the right price I might consider upgrading from gen 1 to gen 2...

Yeah I was kinda hoping for that sale again. Supposedly there’s a last shippment of gen 1s coming to some dealers

If the Gen 2’s will ever get released I’ll sell my gen 1’s for cheaper than the sale was. But I’ll need the new ones to come out within a week or two so I can get them and get them ready for a hunt I leave for in late Sept.

I just bought a demo pair today for $1800 total. Did some calling around to euro optics, Camry land, and multiple other dealers. No one has any word on an upcoming sale of the gen 1s and most didn’t even have them in stock. The ones that did have them in stock would only do $2300 at the lowest.

Gunwerks pretty much said they didn’t have anymore gen 1s shipping out and they were unaware on sales.

I should have bought them when they went on sale. Thought the gen 2s would blow the gen 1s away but that seems to not be the case, based on my reading.
