Where are you seeing no hazmat on brownells?Check Brownells to avoid hazmat. I’ve found primers at local academy and sportsmans.
I placed an order on the 6th and it was waived. It may have been a one week only deal if you’re not seeing itWhere are you seeing no hazmat on brownells?

I haven't seen a code come through email or on their web page. Where did you see it.Midway has 20% off code that works on a lot of reloading items right now
I seen it advertised on their facebook ads. The code is MUSA1124I haven't seen a code come through email or on their web page. Where did you see it.
Just bought two 8lb jugs of H4350 from Cabelas for about $330 each. H4350 is on sale, then 15% off with club card and Rakuten is doing 10% on Cabelas as well. Couldn't pass that up since that's approaching pre-COVID pricing. Cheapest online is about $370+tax+shipping+hazmatCabelas has 15% off mondays thru the end of the year for members, which may or maynot make primers/powders worth buying from them if you have a local store to avoid hazmat fees from others. If you're ordering bulk then other places are usually cheaper still.
They don't offer cash back on reloading components fyi. That doesn't mean that sometimes things down squeak through and you get cash back on them but don't bank on it necessarily, consider it a bonus if it goes through.Rakuten is doing 10% on Cabelas as well
