Cabelas has 15% off mondays thru the end of the year for members, which may or maynot make primers/powders worth buying from them if you have a local store to avoid hazmat fees from others. If you're ordering bulk then other places are usually cheaper still.

Check Brownells to avoid hazmat. I’ve found primers at local academy and sportsmans.

Also check Grafs and Midsouth Shooters Supply as they frequently run waived hazmat. Midway USA just had it too. Lastly Bruno’s had really good pricing often.

They often have hazmat free or free shipping and sometimes sales.
Nosler often has factory seconds on sale. I buy all my bullets from here except for monos. I’ve compared factory seconds to the regular ones and can’t tell any difference.
As others have said Brownells and Midway.

Just bought two 8lb jugs of H4350 from Cabelas for about $330 each. H4350 is on sale, then 15% off with club card and Rakuten is doing 10% on Cabelas as well. Couldn't pass that up since that's approaching pre-COVID pricing. Cheapest online is about $370+tax+shipping+hazmat
