Cabelas has 15% off mondays thru the end of the year for members, which may or maynot make primers/powders worth buying from them if you have a local store to avoid hazmat fees from others. If you're ordering bulk then other places are usually cheaper still.

I placed an order on the 6th and it was waived. It may have been a one week only deal if you’re not seeing it

Also check Grafs and Midsouth Shooters Supply ad they frequently run waived hazmat. Midway USA just had it too. Lastly Bruno’s had really good pricing often.
