Appreciate it, thanks for clarifying. Now back to the age old question, shooting 100s or 125s

There's really not much difference.

Some heads the argument can be made that the 125 is a stronger/more durable head.


Here's a pic of a swept 125, swept 100, full 125. You can see the 100 is a little shorter, and blade angle is a little steeper.



The full blade version doesn't go as far past the front of the shaft. I always found the full blade a little less forgiving, both on tune and form.


Looking at them, I think the swept 125 is the best, but they are all very good heads. Only saying best for blade angle, forgiveness, strength, and it's 8 only fps slower than 100.


Swept not legal everywhere tho.

I know broadhead rules have been changing a bit lately, what states still forbid barbed heads? I don't see anything about it in PA or CO regs.

PA, CO, NM, and WY are the only states I can personally confirm the swept are legal. Here’s an article from last year that lists broadhead rules for each state.
