Pics of animals you weren't hunting

Can't believe I forgot to post these ones from my deer hunt in October! Terrible picture through my binos but I spotted this Mountain Lion with her sub-adult cub. One of the most awesome moments of my life. I had spotted the cub first and was watching him for a while and noticed he looked pretty young (could still see the stripes on the inside of his legs and was very light). AS I was watching him, he kind of hunkered down like he was going to pounce on something and he did, he pounced on his mom! I couldn't believe it. In all my time in the great outdoors I had never seen one lion, much less two. If you zoom in and really look in the first picture (through my 10's), you can just make out the mother Lion grooming the cub. It was so cool, I stopped looking for deer and just watched them interact for a while.

Just found this thread. Here are a few. These only exist because hunting seasons exist.
