Did you also put in for a limited entry permit? Also, 25% of non-resident tags are allotted for 0 point holders, and its usually a 50/50 chance. I think last year 0 points was a 60% success rate

25% go to 0 point holders so that makes sense, but 1 point shouldn't have drawn until all the 2pts did. I think part of the confusion people are in 3 different pools here, Deer combo, Elk Combo and BG combo and odds for each are different.

Drew my big game combo with 0 PP after years of trying. I didn’t want to play the PP game. Unsuccessful with 7 points on my LE permits as expected, I swung for the fences.
