What season will you be hunting this year?

I would be concerned if the total, when you add everything up that you purchased, does not come up as expected with the PP included. Double check your dollar total and call them ASAP if you still think you are short.

A few weeks ago, I reported to MT FWP that PP were not displaying in the mid-application summary page nor on the "receipt" I got at the end. The only way I knew I got the PP was that the total cost included that extra $100. They were aware of the issue and said they were going to try to get it fixed, but it was busy season for them leading up to the April 1 deadline, so I didn't expect it to be fixed right away.
Yea, they told me it didn't work and I am shit outta luck. Such is life.

I'm going with the 16th...maybe the 15th if we're really lucky.

2023 - Monday, April 17th
2024 - Monday, April 15th
I want to say it’s always been the 14th unless that falls on a weekend.. that’s what I’m betting on for this year since it’s a Monday

I bet it goes down again.
Same, I predicted the “meateater/rogan/covid” bubble burst a while back on here and got roasted a bit, but I feel like we’re seeing some evidence of that.

The folks who got into it because of that tried it, realized it wasn’t like TV and have moved on to the next thing. Inflation costs are hurting people too.

I’m not saying we’re going back to unsold tags, but I bet we see another slight drop in applicants this year. If I had to bet, I’d say around 28.5k applicants or so.

I’m gonna bet 2 points will be 95% or better this year. 0 still hovering between 50-60%.

We’ll see in a few weeks I guess.

I’m in with two points for the NR big game combo. Did not draw deer general last year. This will be my first year to hunt elk for myself if I draw the combo. Fortunately, I’ll be hunting with residents, one who has horses and knows how to elk hunt. 🤞🏽

if this trade war doesnt settle down real freakin quick, we gonna see alot of folks not able to afford a fancy hunting trip this year...

I think there’s something to that for sure. It’s not nearly as “fun” all day long as YouTube makes it out to be
