I dont know why I woke up this morning thinking there was a chance the results were out...here goes another week of trying to be patient

Just to be clear here. There is no 16% of tags going to NR’s. 6% diy and the 10% outfitter allocation is used for both residents and NR’s. I’m sure that more NR’s are using the outfitter percentage than residents are. I do know quite a few residents that have used the outfitter system, hunted their two days with a guide from the outfitter, then, went out on their own.

I only hire hunters, and I about every 20 to 30 minutes someone will yell something like "I heard the draw results are out."

I told the next person that did it, they could have 2 weeks off without pay.
