Aron - I know you guys are busy but is there any way to get a 22 MAG bag pictured next to a xing and maybe the urban zippy?

Dimension wise the 22 MAG seems to be slightly taller than the zippy.

Too quiet on this thread... ;)

I think we are all just waiting "patiently" for these frames. With the exception of the testers and what they have revealed, it hard to speculate. But I know that I am really looking forward to having one appear on my porch!!

From what I was told they are running a week behind. My ship date was 13th but now they're hoping for next week.

I like the looks of the 22 mag but really want the 26" frame for heavier loads. I believe the video said they wouldn't work well together? What are possible issues with that combination?

I don't remember Aron say it wouldn't work. It just won't fill up the entire length of the frame like the other "full size" bags. Think he said there will be a small space left below the bag.

Perfect for a pod, long pocket, bed roll, foam pad etc...

I'm guessing it's the same reason why Kifaru doesn't "recommend" running the larger bags on the 22" frame. It won't be 'pretty'.

I got a 22" and 24" frame. I'm planning on running a mountain warrior, DT2, hc4800 and AMR on the 22". I figure if I put the tri-glides in the common loops on the bottom of the frame and cinch down the lower compression straps tight then it'll fit good enough. The tri-glides should help keep the lower delta strap in place too.

That's my theory at least. If it doesn't work then I'll be returning my 22" frame or hoping Kifaru comes out with a top loading 22" frame specific pack that doesn't end in "rambler" :)

I'm still on the fence about the 22 mag...

Actually like the 22" tried it out at the store a couple weeks ago. I'm planning an AK moose hunt next fall and think the 26" will be a better option. Probably just go with the rambler instead

Aron has said elsewhere that the 22 Mag will work perfectly fine on the 24/26, it will just look a little weird/awkward. I'm still torn between it and the rambler.

That's my concern. His definition of weird/awkward may be a bit different than mine! I would like to see a picture of the 22 Mag on a 26" before I drop the $
