Is the only new features to these packs the integrated meat shelf and that they'll fit in the 22" frame?

Only the tahr has the meat shelf and fits the 22" frame. The Argali and Markor probably could fit the 22" frame, but Kifaru specifically only mentioned the tahr as fitting the 22" frame and having the meat shelf. The Argali and Markor do not have the meat shelf from what I can gather.

From my experience the larger bags are just too long for the 22" frame.

I'm hoping the meat shelf on the tahr can be removed easily for weight reduction. Especially if these bags are designed with lightweight in mind.

Well now we know the meat shelf weighs 3 oz. Thanks for that!

ETA: Yeah it's not a lot of weight, but if I'm never going to use it and it's easy to remove then I'll take it off.

IMO, the high camp lower zip is pretty useless and i think the compression could be improved. they are also alot heavier than the competition. im optimistic these bags address some of this
