KIFARU Full Pack Setup: Hoodlum, Duplex Lite, Org Guide Lid, 4 Accessory Bags, Great Condition

This is my Kifaru Setup for my 2023 BC 10-day mountain goat hunt. I also used it in Colorado for a 9-day backpack hunt. That was a heck of a year!
Outside of those two hunts, it has been gathering dust and needs time on the mountain with new adventures.
The waist belt is size Medium (fits me at 34" with room to spare either direction, mostly larger)
Organizer Guide Lid in Xpac, as well as the 3 other belt pouches in Xpac material as seen in the images never got wet inside despite multiple rain storms. The lid darn near made for a pack cover with the way I ran it.
The Hoodlum bag eqs so solid in the field and will expand upward, which was key on my hunts as we packed in, but would compress for day hunting from camp. I would often run the pack without the lid for day hunts.
There are extra straps and buckles included both on the pack and in one of the pouches.
Weight with everything included is 8lbs 6oz
