I ordered a Neoair all season this morning. Replacing my Prolite plus.
I am about a week from getting a pair of 10x42 viper HD.
Also need to replace my backpack. Love my backpack but it well not handle heavy loads. I plan on getting a SG Terminus.

Glad I'm not alone!
For this year, spike camp gear:
Tarptent Notch
EE Rev X 20deg quilt
Jetboil Sol
*Need to upgrade pad to a better R value Neo Air pad

Clothing:
MT-050 packable rain shell
Primaloft mid layer jeacket (both closeouts @ Cabelas, great deals)

Bow:
Upgraded backup SwitchbackXT to a Z7Magnum (great deal, one yr old bow)
New FMJ 300 spine arrows for Monster 6.7, w/vented VPA 150s (585gr total weight now)
New MBG custom Ascent sights for both bows

Pack:
Upgraded from Blue Widow to Bikini frame.
*still need to order pack & grabit, etc. Prolly a HC 7000

Good on glass, tripod, boots, merino layers, socks, GPS & a rifle(if I go for gun season)

Last year was my first backcountry elk experience. Learned alot, most of all that we need to stay with the elk! Remaining light, mobile and self sufficient is the motivating factor for gear selection this time around! You all have been a great help in that regard... THANK YOU!

Blaser k95 .270 win/leupold vx3 2.5-8x36, 6.5 lbs
Kowa 664 spotter 2 lb 13.5oz
Havalon piranta bolt knife (2.5 oz in case with 3 spare blades 1.5 for knife alone)
Cutco 2 3/4" folder DD knife (2 oz)
Kifaru t2 26" composite/small waist/standard lid/small pocket/grab it/gun bearer, after taking a few oz out ala Aron vid, and ditching small pocket inside we r 5.5lbs and 5.25 without grab it
Patagonia alpine guide pants and new Mountain Equipment Co-op hydrofoil rain gear top and bottom since I've shrunken the last couple years, pretty much had to buy all new clothes but I just buy mountain hiker stuff mostly, great gear already made for the rocks, hate camo plus it costs more usually, use some for predator calling and some bowhunting but not needed for really anything i do, the predator/bow stuff if wearing fairly dull neutral colorsd(ie; carthartt) and just get the hands/face covered/camo'd and all that is required...headnet/gloves quick easy way. I wouldn't own camo if i could and have been transitioning out of it whenever possible over the past several years and will do so going forward but some key gear hard to find not in camo.
I think that's it for 2013?

Holy crap, there was/is some serious money spent from everyone this year.

I definitely can't wait for this damn snow to melt so I can finally get into the mountains! Got to try the new gear

Well, I'm a low budget guy but I have added a few things and have a few more to go.

1. Completely outfitted my Hoyt Spyder 30
2. Leupold 1000i TBR rangerfinder

The last couple of items I haven't decided which ones yet.
3. New GPS
4. Camo/Base Layer

I ended up getting a PR49 Packraft for hunting in the next couple years. I am going lighter with a Big Agnes flycreek UL2, a Vortex Razor 11X30X50 HD Spotter, and I ended up going retro to really seek to lighten up. I am going to use a 2003 Kelty Cloud 6500 that I bought off Ebay. I am also going to hunt my "Jack" Rifle(Model 70 Jack O'Connor Tribute 270 Win) just need to tape it up when I take it to the rocks and put VX3-10X40CDS on Talley Ultralights on it. I still need to get a Timney Trigger for it. I am going to buy Poseidon Highlander Krytek rain jacket and MH Ghost Whisperer DryQ Down Jacket. Then I am done.
