New 109 ELDM vs 108 ELDM

Just put this together and it loves the factory 108 eldm loads and the 103 Hornady precision hunter. Whats your guys experience with either one? Im going to buy a bunch to shoot and harvest the brass. Then will move on to loading my own.

108 ELDM is one of the more documented killing bullets on here. It's an excellent choice IMO.

The XLR Chassis allows us to easily add weight in the summer and LOP when she gets bigger. It wasn't cheap but it's her "forever" gun.

I watched a large Alaskan moose get killed with one this year. Could have had a bit more penetration but it definitely worked quickly. Perfect broadside shot through the lungs. Moose died in about 20 yards when we opened them up there wasn't a mark on the off side rib cage. I wouldn't recommend quartering shots on moose size game. I would think it is an absolute death hammer on anything smaller.
