We make our own deer sausage. The company we used must have closed, no return call or emails.
That's the easy part. Our group can not handle any hot spices I mean ketchup is hot for our group. Lol the otherthing is it also can't be too salty.
Any ideas or company that can help us??? Looking for ideas.
Thank you

A.C. Legg’s most definitely. Walton’s is also good as is LEM. You can’t order directly from A.C Legg unless you order about 500 lbs at a time but you can order it from Walton’s or Bunzl/Koch in small quantities.

Townsend in Melbourne, AR has a nice mild blend. Kind of a long way for you to drive, though. Townsendspice.com.

Used AC Leggs for the first time this year. Good stuff. Got it from these guys in Ct. fast shipping.
