Need new calls. Corey J. and Rocky Mountain Legal Dispute?

A quick google search and it looks like RMHC beat Cory to the punch on the trademark application by a couple weeks.
 
Looks like one is Elk101 and one is Elk101. Com. Plus Corey has been using that name longer so he may have a claim since he filed within a month of RMHC. That’s what courts and attorneys are for.
at the very least, Corey can continue to use the name.
 
Very interesting. I noticed a difference in the call about the time RMHC sold to the new owners and switched. I even email them to tell them at the time.
 
My go to the last few years designed by Corey have a few stockpiled better buy a few more🤙Calls have come so far since the 80s🤣👊

I got that email as well. Why promote other manufacturers’ calls if Corey plans to come out with his own calls? Seems more like a FU to Rocky Mountain.

The real holy shite in this article is that 27,000 people signed up for the Elk101 online course...at $100 bucks a pop that's a tidy $2.7 Million. Plus I'm sure the RMHC royalty agreement was bringing in a chunk. I picked the wrong career.

And that’s not counting a bunch of other sponsorship agreements I’m sure he has. These guys don’t use/endorse any product for free
 
The every one wants to call and hunt elk $$$$s are beyond belief as to what people will spend money on to try and gain something for success, but the Main things for continued success like hard work are not something you can buy you must earn and sweat For them🤙 I’ve seen a few poster guys through the decades and get a good laugh🤣
 
Ooooffff. I thought maybe Rockie was not involved in this, but yikes. Sad to see this is out in public view. Hard to imagine what circumstances lead to Corey not being in charge of RMHC in 2023.

Yup. All have helped ruin elk hunting opportunity and assisted in turning it Into the shitshow it is.
