Agreed, the Mtn tracker LR, should be a totally different name, there are no similarities between the two other than arca/Pic rails.

I remember when they first came out and they both had a different name, Mountaineer and mountaineer LR if I remember correctly. Then a couple months after release the names changed

@khuber84, do you know what weight your stock finished at? I’m considering getting one of these to replace my EH1 on my BAT Vesper 338 NMI.

It already weighs +11# so I don’t want to add a lot of weight to it.

32oz for my painted unit. Got a Banded Carbon for the wifes rifle, it's 29oz. Paint is heavy?! Or it's different fill. Both weights are bedded with pillars. Do have a couple more on order to replace a few game warden LR and a pro hunter on rifles. Forged carbon color.

Gone are the days where companies foot their own tooling bills I guess ha. For something I know I want, it's not a bad price however

Interested in this and seeing what people get for weight on these as more show up. On the website it says the molded in colors will weigh more than painted.
