Maven RS1.2 2.5-15x44 new model

I know the maven has passed the drop tests and is generally considered solid, but NF durable or acceptably durable to a lesser degree? Everyone have the same confidence in it as they would a NF?
I believe the most videos of drop testing on here belong to the RS1.2. @Dioni A has some on hard ground and I have some from shoulder height somewhere.

I don't think I could tell a person that any of my NF scopes are more durable than the RS1.2s I've tested with a straight face. I don't think I've got the balls to push things and find the breaking point of either. So, all other perceived shortcomings of the RS1.2, I don't believe "durability", in and of itself, to be one.

I swapped 3 NF to Mavens. No regerts and I’ve fallen on mine several times plus drops onto bare concrete.

Buy with confidence.
Good to hear, thanks. I already have the scope on a rifle and hunted with it a fair amount, just a whole other thing when considering swapping it to my primary rifle.

No- I do not see how any scope other than NF can claim that. The Maven RS1.2 is acceptably durable. They don’t fail in normal hard use.

The Maven RE1.2’s have went through a lot more than a drop “test”- personally I have 5-6 that have went through 2,000+ rounds, and 2 that went more than 3,000 rounds.
Thanks, about what I figured

I bent the elevation turret a very small amount nearly right out of the gate drop testing mine on really hard ground. It may have shifted a small amount when I bent the turret... Not sure. I later want to the bench and did a tracking and RTZ test. All good. It's subsequently shot probably nearly 1000 rounds, rough forest roads, etc and I haven't seen a zero shift that was from the scope. I think it's pretty solid

Those that wanted O rings, pm me your address and how many you need and I’ll send them to you. I’ve got about 22.
FYI verdict is still out on them. It’s definitely hard to spin, but kinda mushy now.

Anyone found a way to smooth off the knurling in a semi classy way?
