And you all think its a better optic than a Luepold VX6HD? and a Vortex Razor LHT correct?
Pick the reticle that suits your sensibilities. I have a lot of time with both scopes and they're both good.Maven RS1.2 2.5-15x44mm or Nightforce SHV 4-14x50mm F1? which is the better option?
Sorry I'm new to the higher end optic game. but i was seriously asking if its a better opticAnd you all think its a better optic than a Luepold VX6HD? and a Vortex Razor LHT correct?
This is Rokslide, they'll take iron sights over a Leupold or Vortex.Sorry I'm new to the higher end optic game. but i was seriously asking if its a better optic
Okay sounds good. I just wanted to make sure. I like the clarity of my VX5HD but if it doesnt hold zero then ill move on to another optic like the Maven that doesThis is Rokslide, they'll take iron sights over a Leupold or Vortex.
I will tell you this, I bought a Maven RS1.2 and sold a VX-5HD. Would have saved money just keeping the VX-5HD but I didn't.
I think the Maven clarity is better, but loved the lighter weight of the Leupold. Millions of people use them and are happy with them, so take it FWIW. I'll probably sell the Maven and go with a lighter weight Trijicon, some sort of Accupoint probably. I just have some serious A.D.D. trying to build my forever rifle.Okay sounds good. I can’t answer the vx6, but I had a vx5 and far preferred the Maven for function, clarity, and durability. the leupold was promptly sold.Sorry I'm new to the higher end optic game. but i was seriously asking if its a better optic
If you've been using MOA scopes to this point, and want to go to something more expensive, it could be worth considering making the switch to a mil-based scope.Yeah I understand that. I have Run Vortex Vipers up to this point and now that I have the budget I just want something bombproof that will hold zero. I like the SWFA but i am a MOA guy so that wont work since their only model with a paralax adjustment is MRAD only. Never heard of LRHS2....
Honestly the shift to mils was super easy. I was worried about it when I made it, but it was a problem for all of 30 minutes maybe?Okay ill take a look. Thanks for the help.
Slow learner, huh?Honestly the shift to mils was super easy. I was worried about it when I made it, but it was a problem for all of 30 minutes maybe?
Same here and I'm an idiot with rifle stuff, really like the quick wind stuff for hunting.Honestly the shift to mils was super easy. I was worried about it when I made it, but it was a problem for all of 30 minutes maybe?
Same here. When I read about wind brackets, I started to think about shifting to mils. Then I read about quick drop and I had to do it. It was way easier than I thought.Honestly the shift to mils was super easy. I was worried about it when I made it, but it was a problem for all of 30 minutes maybe?
