Lightweight Breech Plug Tool?

Kind of a silly question, but I’m equally an avid backcountry hunter as I am a muzzleloader hunter this year, and the breech plug tool that comes with my Knight Mountaineer is about a half pound chunk of steel bar stock. Does anyone make a significantly lighter weight breech plug tool that would fit this rifle?
