Doing a bit of research it seems like these all have very good reviews for the money. Which one would you recommend for outwest long-range glassing. This is pretty much my max budget. Leupold sx1 ventana, bushnell legend, vanguard endeavor, celestron regal m2

I hear awesome things about the vanguard but have first hand experience. After trying a couple upper- mid tier (Nikon ediii, Kowa 664) straight body scopes I realized angled was what I wanted. Found a smoking price on a Kowa 601 and haven't looked back. You can still find the body and zoom eyepiece for around $500 total, while it's not ED glass I have not found that to be an issue. Great lightweight, packable scope for the money!

I have the vanguard endeavor hd 65mm spotter and really like it. I will be going on three years with it. A buddy and I used it side by side with his brothers Leupold Kenai spotter and we both preffered the vanguard. I have also used it side by side with a friend's non hd 80 mm swaro, no surprise the swaro was better, however I was surprised how well the little vanguard held up with the alpha glass.
