Funny, Kuiu says it so it must be so? Ha, Kuiu has put people's lives at risk and not given money back for failed products but yup because Jason say Eastmans is scamming him it must be true. This is the reason we have a justice/court system, Kuiu will fail as there is no way they have access to all fulfillment information of a private company, similar to you and I have zero clue how much inventory Kuiu sells each year.

So go ahead and act like Eastmans is wrong, believe everything Jason says and take it to the bank.

It's no funnier than people suggesting that, since Kuiu is asserting the misrepresentation, it is not the case and Kuiu will fail with its case.

Jason is cutting his nose off to spite his face here. I have yet to talk to anyone inside the outdoor industry that has a good thing to say about Jason. He burnt his bridges to Rokslide and he's burning his bridge to Eastmans. Burn enough bridges and you find yourself stranded on an island alone and starving.

So who have you talked to? Pretty vague blanket statement. I could say "I have yet to talk to anyone in the Rokslide community that has anything good to say about Shrek...." and that wouldn't mean a thing either.

Keeping it vague because they work in the industry and tossing people under the bus as the source of gossip means the end of trash talking gossip. As for the Rokslide community , you could be right. !

I have no idea if this is founded or not, but that doesn't change the fact that IN MY EXPERIENCE, dealing with kuiu has been like eating a dirt sandwich. I won't be dealing with them anymore. Coincidentally, if anyone is looking for a set of kuiu tiburon I've got some on the classifieds!!

I would believe the 1st half of of that statement and I agree completely with the 2nd half of that statement!

The smell of turd is strong with this KUIU/Eastman "situation".

Wish we could, they have all been deleted due to people getting pretty nasty. It's just one of those things where you have to have been here a long time to understand/know. It also does nothing to bring it back up.

Rokslide wanted to throw a Kuiu pack off a cliff. So their relationship was thrown off a cliff. That's kind of the....cliff notes.....at least.

Since you have no love for anything Kuiu or dealing with them(or their product) it makes sense you dont respect their product. Seems silly you are willing to sell their gear though, so you might as well send it to me for free. I will pay the Eastmans overinflated postage fees. $6.20 priority USPS. Thx

And then there are those of us that just don't give a rats ass about the drama.

I own some Kuiu clothing for the following reasons; the clothing fits me, the cost is reasonable in a grossly overpriced niche market and the quality is good.

I like some of the Firstlite clothes for the same reasons. I own some Kryptek too.

Speaking of which, I wonder what this thread would be like if it were Firstlite or Kryptek suing them...

It would be totally different. Kryptec is owned by some real American heros and Kenton is as nice a man as you will meet. Both operate above board with total class. Night and day difference from Jason and Kuiu.

It would be largely similar in that there would still be two (largely partial) factions who would jump to conclusions as to the relative innocence or guilt that are unsupportable based on the amount of information provided. This is after all still the internet.
