I bought their Savage 111 LRH, .300 Win Mag back in 2018. Pretty quickly the paint/finish on the stock started peeling and had obviously gotten worse as time as gone on.
Anyways, I finally got around to calling their customer service department this week. I explained my issue, they asked for serial number and then bam, they informed me they would be shipping me a replacement stock at no cost.
They didn’t ask for pictures, they didn’t question me, nothing. Didn’t give me a hard time at all. Kudos to Savage.
