I have been looking at the LRG Bravo for my Tikka t3x 270 wsm. I like everything about it, but they clearly state that they don't guarantee feeding for 6.5prc/wsm cartridges with the Tikkas. I'm just wanting to hear from some guys that have firsthand experience with them, and what brand of mags you've had success or failure with.

If you are using aics mags, you should be fine, as you can tune the feed lips on the metal mags. Don't get a bravo cut for ctr mags as they're designed around creed/260 rounds. The problem is they have a max internal mag length of 2.95 max. A standard stock utilizing Tikka oem bottom plastic plus Hells Canyon Tikka mags with a 3.3 internal length will allow you to seat rounds out long to get close to lands with long nosed match bullets. Believe Unknown is in progress of a Tikka dbm/mag that allows this as well, just need the long action bolt stop in both situations.

Thanks for the info. I guess they're just relieving themselves of liability by giving the warning?
