Congrats on what appears to be a great ram and with archery equipment! Would be cool to see some more photos of him. You said you hunted to 13.5k, curious what the actual elevation was where you ended up putting an arrow in him?

Eyyy Yo, the frontal shot from underneath?? Yeah that's a ROAL
Don’t know what a ROAL and not really interested in the back and forth in the thread.

But, couldn’t a shot like that be one after the animal is down but not dead?

I had to finish my javelina straight down through his back through a hole in the rock pile he was laying in.

Not sure I'd want to share much more here with all these basic average haters who will pick apart any detail, word or photo. It was probably the best experience on the mountain I, or another bowhunter could ever ask for. I have hundreds of photos of him pre-season from scouting and post kill. I even named him preseason because he was a goofball(Chuckles). For me, it was everything a hunt could be... successful pre-season scouting sessions, gear that functioned properly, failed stalks, lowest of lows, terrible storms, and finally after 16 days....success. I even got hailed on gutting him on the mountainside. Didn't care.

My Ram is in the timber because after many failed stalks on craggy rocks and shifting winds at 13k, I ended up ambushing my ram that was feeding in a group in the timber. I lost this Ram 6x before I killed him. When I shot the Ram at just above Timberline(12,400) feeding on the edge of scree to stay safe(pressured at this point by me and my failed stalks), he rolled downhill over 300 yards.

43 yard shot.
42 degree angle.
Tumbled like a stone.

I also laminated this stupid piece of paper to remind myself that quitting wasn't an option. Carried this stupid thing everywhere all summer to remember the goal.

Yall are average. Im not.
Keep on hating.

Tommy the Cat is my name.

What does this mean?
A guy was on here last year, that drew a CA ram tag, with an ego as big as this guy's and he was nicknamed ROAL (ram of a lifetime) Reaper.
