Did a little more "scouting" of the Yukon the last couple days. Yesterday I saw the headwaters of the Hart River:
Great looking hunting country, and I envy those who can hunt there. Unfortunately when we hit the northern slope of the Olgvie Mountains we came over the ridge to see THIS stretched all the way to the arctic ocean.
That weather system has ah... limited my mobility, BUT I did get to see the famous Peel River country today. The Peel River canyon was spectacular.
Yk do you need an apprentice? Great pics and amazing country. Now need to get off work and to my computer to add some pics nowhere near the quality of alot on here.
My hunting partner, role model, and dad went scouting for deer/elk a couple weekends ago. We didn't see any wildlife but I did get some good pictures with my dad. He has some knee problems and isn't in the best of shape so I honestly am not sure if he can do the backcountry hunts anymore. When I get out with him and get pictures I truly cherish them. Great pictures everyone!
