Insomnia cures?

The arguments about pot today compared to pot of the 70's is comical. It's just better growing practices not any kind of chemicals added.
Whether you smoke or not is your choice but raising false narratives is not cool, 70's jargon there.

I agree you need to find out what is causing the insomnia if you can.

Here is a short list of people i PERSONALLY know that toke on a regular basis
carpenters, plumbers, electricians, hvac, concrete contractors, dirt work contractors, insulators, drywall, painters, trim carpenters, flooring guys, countertop manufacturers, an attorney and 2 nurses........just to name a few 😉
This makes total sense when you look at new homes being built.

To the OP. You probably have sleep apnea. Go see a sleep specialist anything else is just wild ass guessing.

Yeah I mean if anyone is still of the mindset that cannabis is for unwashed hippies who never want a job, please check on your friends who have been using alcohol to get to sleep for the last few years and let us know how that respectable alternative has been working for them. Also googling "Harry Anslinger" might be helpful... TL;DR, cannabis became illegal in the US because of a combination of racism and a group of powerful investors in the timber industry who were scared of hemp's textile utility.

And, to the OP's question, cannabinoids have been proven to help a lot of peoples' sleep architecture at a risk of almost literally zero negative side effects. Compare that to Ambien or Ativan. Another spoiler alert, the big difference there is that a small, weedy plant isn't good for creating dependencies that line the pocketbooks of the multibillion dollar pharmaceutical industry...

And cars,tools,clothing,furniture, electronics, etc..........

I used to have terrible insomnia, the reduction of sugar in my diet and running a humidifier for apnea changed my life in that regard.
