I completely agree with you, but taking my daughter out on her first elk hunt before she goes to college next year is worth the sacrifice to me in this case.

6.19 is cheap now. There's a station in Mendocino (CA) that is around 9.50. Supposedly the highest in the nation. Wife and I are going in a couple weeks and I plan to buy 1.00 worth just to say I got gas at the most expensive station in the US.

Man I feel lucky today !!!! I used my Fred Myer gas points and got $1.00 per gallon off on diesel for my Bobcat !!!!! What a deal , 10 gallons was only $50 bucks ......... FJB!!!!FJB!!!!

That’s because people have gotten so used to government handouts they aren’t worried about how much credit card debt they have, I’ve seen enough comments from folks on this site saying they will borrow money before giving up an elk season to realize that most people aren’t going to choose to make any sacrifices to live debt free
