3, but just ordered a fourth.
Gen 1 Exo 5500 is my big bag & there isn't anything anyone could do to talk me out of it.

I'm running a Sitka Flash 32 for my day pack, right now, but I just ordered a Kifaru Eastern Ruck to replace it. I have a couple of specifically petty complaints with the Sitka that are solved with the Kif.

I have a tiny little Badlands Reactor pack that's awesome for early season, hot weather hunts. Basically it's a bladder holder with just enough room for a light sweater, my phone & a couple of snacks. I wanna say it's maybe 900cui (?)

Kifaru 22mag on 22" hunter frame and a Tailgunner 2 get most of the hunting or outdoor use. Have an Antero for EDC/work and an E&E for a truck bag. Use an HPG recon kit bag a lot as well.

FirstSpear Sherpa range bag.

Couple of older 5.11 shoulder bags see some use on occasion - have been using a 5.11 push pack for my in the tree bag when I use my 22mag to carry in sticks and platform since it is easy to climb with.

Last year I ran the SG R3 3300 with the x curve. Super comfy and hauled meat well. Sold it as the frame was a bit too much for my short stature even though I made it work fine. Went with a Kifaru lite 24” frame and woodsman bag this year. Packed out one bull and 3 deer with it. It held stupid amounts of weight and road comfortably. I have an eberlestock mini me for a range bag, REI Trail 30 for day hikes and travel and a Simms Waypoints for fly fishing.

I have too many(47). My list consisted of Kifaru (17), MR (6), SG (1), ARC'TERYX LEAF (4), Eagle (1), Alice (3), Gregory (1), Camelback (7), ILBE (3), plus the cheap throw away ditch on the spot packs. Most of the pack us were pretty mission specific; cost was not an issue then. I have down sized, and I keep coming back to Kifaru, and I still have 7 of them. I will keep 2 of the MR, the one Gregory, the Alice I will keep for a reminder of how things used to be. Kifaru and MR are hard use packs, I personally prefer the 1000d Cordura, it held up better in abrasive military environments. Quality will always cost you, it is hard to go cheap with packs and it will come back to bite you in the end.

SG 5900, would work great for an extended trip with a lid and makes a damn good day pack without a lid. Can't beat stone glacier bags for this. Simply the best designed bags out there. IMO of course :D

That's a tuff one!!!! I run 3 different packs. It just all depends on where im going what im hunting. I really love my Stone Glacier packs they are very very comfortable and they handle the weight like no other pack I have ever run. I use the sky archer 6200 for all of my 3 day and up hunts and then I use my Availl 2200 for my day hunts out of the truck or just the evening hunts. I also use Sitka's Tool box for all my whitetail stuff in the tree stand. There are so many packs out there it's very tuff to try them all I just feel that once you go with a pack and it fits you just perfect and you have no complaints about it then RUN IT!!!!!

All I have right now are a couple old packs I use from when I was in the military. Currently looking at Kifaru and MR to fill the gaps I have in my needs....

For backpack camping I have 2 arc'teryx boras, 60L and 95L. Three camelbaks for day/around town/gym. A few alice's. One TAG Recon ruck on an alice frame and a marine corp ruck on an alice frame for ruck training with heavier weight. Been using the Camelbak Motherload with 45# for light road rucks and it is my day hunting pack. Handles the weight well for a non frame pack. Camelbak Rubicon is the gym pack. Camelbak BFM goes in the vehicle daily with my goes everywhere with me stuff. Have a few more hydration and small storage packs...Both the boras and all the camelbaks have had army mole 2 radio pouches added to the main compartments so I can put heavy items that will fit in them up high and close to my back..anything that carries much weight has had forward pulls added to the kidney belts and I actually use the same kidney belt on a few different packs. It came off the TAG Recon ruck and fits two of the camelbaks, all the alice frames and the boras. Real nice kidney belt once I added the forward pulls and tri-glide buckles for them to operate correctly.

Nothing from the newer and ul style thou.....pretty happy with what I have pack wise other than the BFM has developed a tear behind the shoulder straps after 9 years but camelback has a lifetime no ?'s warranty. Hopefully it is still their policy when I contact them next week about the bfm. I have been very happy with the motherload and the ability to molle on smaller pouches to the outside back and sides of the pack. Keeps everything very organized/e-z to find for my daily hunting pack. I have a well padded pouch for my minox binos on one side to use when walking in/out in the dark....padded smaller pouch for headlamp/flashlight...very small pouch for reading glasses....etc. Added buckle on pull straps for strapping outer layer clothing. I am very happy with that pack for day hunting. But it is not ul, that's for sure.

Right now I have a Kifaru Hunter frame and Exo 2000 and 5500 bags to go on it. This takes care of most of my needs. I also have a Kifaru Quandary, mostly for biking and travel, and a Kifaru Hellcat that I recently got for hiking, small game, etc. I'm wanting to get another frame as a backup/loaner but we'll see as I have some other big ticket priorities way ahead of that.

Shane, how does the B C frame compare to the Kifaru Lite frame now that you've had both for a bit? How tall are those B C frames anyway? In all the photos I've seen they don't seem to get much for load lifters but otherwise look like a quality product.

really would like to see some first hand reviews on it since its the thinner materiel, 300 vs 500, and wish they had it available in a camo pattern...

I have an Exo 3500 Gen 1, Stone Glacier 3300 Solo, and a brand new Seek Outside Goshawk....gotta go use that one this weekend. I have them all loaded up, to some extent for various things. The Stone Glacier is my big game day pack and doubles as my hound hunting pack for bears or lions. The Exo is my backpack hunting pack for up to 5 days. The SO is Yet To Be Determined. I also have an old Badlands 2200 that gets to sit bear baits and cover coyote hunting duty. I use it for that because I don't want my other packs smelling like bait or dead coyotes. My wife has an SO Gila that's been on one trip, it will be her deer/elk backcountry pack this year and probably be her summer pack too.
