Hoffman Pac Boots- Pros or Voyagers?

So I’m in need of a new hunting/chore boot capable of handling northern Michigan winters. I’ve settled on the claw lug Hoffman pacs, but am torn between their two styles. The Pro model is supposedly their most popular and have 200G Thinsulate liners, while the Voyagers have a 9mil felt liner. The soles of the boots also look drastically different, with the Voyagers looking quite a bit bulkier.

Reviews are scarce, as are actual (non-stock) pictures of these boots. Anyone have pictures or advice on which model I should choose?
I’d like the extra warmth of the felt, but are they too bulky for a few mile hike or a days work on the farm?

Thanks!!

I have a pair that are a few years older that I believe we're called the guide or elk guide. They are VERY similar to the voyager with the airbob nail down sole.

I really like them and can hike all day with them. They are great boots with much better quality rubber than my last whites pacs.

Hunterguy92 I have a pair of the Outbacks and love them. The extra ankle loc straps really stabilize the ankle for hiking uneven ground and prevent the slop you commonly get with pacs. I wouldn't trade them for anything. I'm using them to elk hunt and still hunt whitetails which they end up being warm enough. I previously had a pair of Lacrosse Big Mountains that I had for several years that I used for chasing lions, they were great too.

I have wore Hoffman boots for about 30 years. I have two pairs, one with pair of pros with regular air bobs and the other pair I of pros with the predator sole I use for cat hunting behind my hounds. The boots with the predator soles make a huge difference hiking in the steep snow and ice here in Montana.
