I have the nx8 32x, it's not the scope for close quarters, low power hunting on the west side.
This absolutely could be the case. I don't know how much internal elevation it has (can't make sense of the product page). I assumed a 20moa rail would take care of it.Sure, in theory. But the scope doesn’t have a ton travel regardless of rev-limit turn. So you may eat into your total elevation zeroing at 250.
I think a 20 MOA rail bottoms you out; I believe you need a 10MOA rail haha. This absolutely could be the case. I don't know how much internal elevation it has (can't make sense of the product page). I assumed a 20moa rail would take care of it.
What optic would you recommend for a SAKO M995 chambered in 7MM Weatherby Mag.? 150 to 450 yards on deer and elk. More emphasis on quality of glass and robustness than options desired by the more experienced marksman and hunters. I have a 4.5-14 VX3 Leupold on my Winchester Model 70 chambered in 7MM Remington Mag.Yes. The S&B Klassik 3-12x42mm with P3 reticle and and BDC (mil) turrets are solid scopes, and if 4.8 mils of elevation will work, and it sounds like it will for you, they are probably one of the best choices.
Go with the SB Klassic he described. You have more than enough elevation and you get alpha glass in a robust scope. What optic would you recommend for a SAKO M995 chambered in 7MM Weatherby Mag.? 150 to 450 yards on deer and elk. Thank you for the recommendation. I am looking around and it looks like it might be a tough one to locate.
