Coming soon! A dedicated 5.56 can that not only looks cool, but maximizes back pressure reduction and we are seeing some great dB numbers at muzzle and ear. These will be available in both titanium and inconel for guys who want a light option and law enforcement/LEO. Colors will be both black and coyote brown. I will update this thread when we have a closer launch date for ordering.

Information on this suppressor...

5.75" and it will come in both Titanium and Inconel.

Testing: HBK2255 meter

Comparative testing: Tested against another top 5 (5.56) can on PEWScience.

Version 1: We are seeing comparative performance. Roughly 1 dB higher at ear and 1dB lower at muzzle against the top 5 PEW suppressor

Version 2: We are seeing 3-5 dB better at muzzle than the top 5 PEW version and 1 dB higher at ear.

Full auto and flash testing will commence this weekend. Our goal is to try and perform the best at muzzle and at ear as possible, but that's why we don't rush meter, design, and durability tested . We want to make sure the can not only looks cool, but performs like a top tier 5.56 suppressor in the industry.

FYI, we will have some better software we recently got access for to test at faster rates to capture more accurate LZpeak. So, stay tuned for that.

Any questions..let me know!IMG_6634.jpeg

What's with 6MM in the title if it's a dedicated 5.56 can, or am I missing something?

My wording is technically wrong on that. It's not a dedicated 5.56 can if it's 6MM, but it's specifically built for 5.56 with the ability to use it with 6MM.

How is someone supposed to tape the end of their muzzle? No offense meant but the horns/spike seem like a poor idea functionally

This is an LEO version. We are making another version without those.

Why do LEO need spikey silencer muzzle ends? I'm having a hard time thinking of any cans that have seen significant military use that have that kind of construction. Either way not really a feature that's likely to get much traction with this crowd. Seems like mostly a style driven design feature that I'd probably drop.

It's for breaking glass. Again, as stated previously, this particular version is an LEO version. We are making a version with spikes and without them. Literally, same can, same internals, different use case. It's a 9.7 Oz suppressor that is getting top tier suppression and back pressure reduction. I would say it will do well for both the hunting crowd and the tactical crowd for 5.56.

Got it glowing tonight. 90 rounds of super safety over 30 seconds. Internal geometry survived and we are ready to send this can off to PEW in the next few weeks!

Love the spikes both from function and looks POV. Cool differentiator relevant to the caliber.
That's why we are doing both options. I never listen to the people telling us to get rid of something because it doesn't meet their personal flavor choice. I just provide more options to hit both customer bases. We have a boat load of people that want the spikes just from, "it looks different...so I want it" perspective, while others don't prefer it and that's where we will have a version without the spikes.

Personally, I like it because it's not the same old boring oil can look.

Plus, you can tenderize flank steak with it. haha

Fun fact - The HBK 2255 is a great meter, but only records at 64 kHz, which makes MIL-STD-1474D impossible...considering it needs 196 kHz. We will have access to a BETA software for the HBK 2255 that will meter at 200+ kHz. This will provide the most accurate ear and muzzle numbers possible. Though, results will vary on a day to day basis. The atmospheric conditions make it challenging to get the same numbers. We have tested in snow, warm days, cold days, wind days. The data is not drastically different, but it's certainly different. That's why it's important to find a range of LZ peaks by testing over and over again. Only a small percentage of the data PEW releases, but muzzle and ear numbers are certainly two very important aspects. Excited to release more videos showing you guys metering of our suppressors with no fluff or BS.

If you’re using state of the art DB measuring equipment and most of your competitors aren’t, then does it really matter what any of the numbers say? It sounds like there’s a lot of opportunity to pick and choose results, unless you can get your hands on some of the competitors suppressors and do side by side comparisons!

You make a great point.

I am 100% willing to invite anyone and everyone to submit their cans or have them come out and do side by side comparisons with access to this new software.

I personally don't feel like it's right to test and publish without a fellow competitors permission or an opportunity to come out and make sure a representative is there. That way everyone is ensuring no funny business occurs.

3rd party comparisons are different, but competitors testing other companies cans is a whole new can of worms.
