Let's get back to the topic.
I have used N565, Staball HD and Magpro for 175gr. I have a 22" Proof barrel. Magpro was faster, but Staball HD shot smaller. N565 shot even faster and even smaller, so that's my powder for 175 lead-cores for my particular rifle. I wouldn't shy away from the new ball powders. Staball HD has been surprising temp stable and accurate for me. I've shot it at near sea level and at 11,000ft. from summer to winter. I haven't loaded enough Magpro to confirm as much, but so far so good.
For copper solids in the 160gr range, I found slightly faster powders like IMR7828sc and H4381ssc will give me a good velocity, a complete burn and outstanding accuracy. I may even try some leftover Norma MRP I have when I load the PVA Cayuga 151s I'm getting on Saturday. That was my go-to powder (7828sc was #2) for the 340 Weatherby with 250gr, but it has unfortunately gone the way of Re26 too.
