I don't usually get particularly excited about professional sports and quite honestly been pretty critical of professional football. For awhile it seems that it has been dominated by people playing to get a contract and to get paid, I think it's why there haven't been "dynasties". People play well get a contract and go elsewhere where the biggest dollar is. Also the character of football stars lately has been unfortunately less than upstanding. I feel like the Hawks are the first team in recent history to bring back the "team" mentallity. They talk about the team, they support other members of the team, the congratulate each other, defend each other. The supposedly most thuggish players have great charities they are passionate about and spend a great deal of time money and energy on. Say what you will about them but I think if more teams acted like the Hawks the nfl might actually come close to deserving the ridiculous paychecks they demand

This is actually a really good observation. They struggled early and I remember in some of the statement after they started winning again they really talked about teamwork and supporting each other.

Keep hating..... But the Hawks will continue to embody who they are regardless of the images bestowed upon them.

And of course my prediction 13-28 HAWKS

It's gonna be close. My prediction is that Robert Turbin is going to have a big day. They are going to be keyed on Wilson and Lynch so Turbin is going to shine.
Going to be won on a defensive play. Hawks by 7.

GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm getting pretty pumped for the game. If the Hawks play like they usually do, they're tough to beat. Let's hope they keep the mistakes to a minimum today. GO HAWKS!!!!

As a Badgers fan I like to root for Wilson and therefore the Seahawks. Why in the world they threw the ball at the goal line is beyond me. They had the win if they just gave it to Lynch. They had 3 downs to do it.

Was rooting for a good game and wouldn't have minded Seattle winning since Wilson and Cam ad VA boys but they deserved to loose after that play calling at the end. I guess the Green Bay play calling rubbed off on them.

God Bless.

Worst playcall in a big time situation I've ever witnessed, that's for sure. Can't believe Seattle handed that classless organization a championship.

I dont recall the Hawks ever getting caught cheating. I like Robert Craft and think he is a great owner but the Pats were the benficiary to a bs call against the Raiders enroute to their first Super Bowl, then Spy Gate and now Deflatgate. Pretty hard to defend them.

Carroll is not exactly on the straight and narrow. As Ryan mentioned. Also runs scorched earth through NCAA rules at SC and then leaves for the pros when he knows they are caught. Just walks away from the mess he created and lets them suffer the consequences.
