For sure!yeah me too, if he's innocent- if not, hope he gets what's deserved

Why?I hope he’s found innocent of all charges.
It is a joke. My kid is constantly screwing with my camera too, my instinct isn't to go through the 70 plus videos and pictures he takes every opportunity he gets, I go through and delete them all while every day or two. What a joke.I’m sorry but the insta vids are laughable at best. good luck with those videos that your daughter just so happened to be recording then, but even still innocent until proven guilty in this great nation. this guy has plenty of other controversial events happen around him and I wouldn’t be surprised at all in the slightest if he broke the law for his “year of deer“ bs this what we get for following and supporting any of these of type of guys.
it will be interesting to follow along and see what happens
Because that would mean he didn’t poach. I’d rather him not poach than get a felony. Why?
F&G did consult with the land owner. They then did their own investigation and found multiple violations. The guy didn't even have his deer tagged when the landowner showed up, which was hours after the deer was shot and he was transporting it. Yeah he's a hunting roll model we want our kids following.Just another example of his character.
Yes. Utah DWR didn't want to take away his livelihood over a conviction.Sounds like a lot of drama to me.
Was he the one who cried his way out of trouble a year or two back?
Thanks, i dont follow any of these guys. It sux that so many of them get nabbed w game violations, im thinking back thru the years, not just this one.Yes. Utah DWR didn't want to take away his livelihood over a conviction.
So silly, they should have just handed him a list of open jobs in the greater salt lake area. I’m betting a McDonalds was hiringYes. Utah DWR didn't want to take away his livelihood over a conviction.
It's deeper than that. To think otherwise is foolish, some Idaho courts are similar. So silly, they should have just handed him a list of open jobs in the greater salt lake area. I’m betting a McDonalds was hiring
Oh I’m aware. Worst tongue lashing I’ve ever seen someone get in court was for underage smoking in east IdahoIt's deeper than that. To think otherwise is foolish, some Idaho courts are similar.
@ClearedHot is a new member here. Someone with the same handle has been posting about this issue on several forums and seems to have more info than most.
In the third video you can see the buck is not tagged and after little brother says they moved the carcass down the mountain, across a field with four-wheeler, and into a truck. That does not bode well for someone bad mouthing the game officers while trying to build a felony defense case.
This is correct according to ID tagging laws. Haven't watched the videos to see a tag or not. It’s possible it was tagged on the leg? Not trying to defend them for sure but just pointing out that in Idaho the law says the tag is supposed to be attached to the largest portion of meat, granted when you get them out whole(and even when you don’t for most people) usually it ends up being tagged on the antlers
