Form struck someone’s nerve

I took the hit and am halfway through the pod. Basically he's spewing fuddlore. Arguments against small cals are the same as the drive by fudds, who cant wrap their head around the 223 thread.
I listened to the whole thing. It was brutal, and I’m not even a small cal proponent. Every point was basically made with a quartering too bull moose or a hard quartering away “big” bull elk and HAVING to take the shot????

when you have items being sold that say “X member approved” don’t you think people are labeling themselves experts?

I agree with every other thing you posted though. Go kill a bunch of sheet and you’ll quickly learn what works and doesn’t.
And yet, who was the first one to balk at it and literally ask "WTF" about it?

We get that you seem to hate the guy and move towards taking things "personally" with his posts. Is it a deep down crush? We don't judge here... Why not just put the dude on "ignore" and free yourself? ;)

Possibly. 😂

I’m just impressed you can recall every post he’s made in the last 12 months and bring it up at will! You sure I’m the one with the crush?😻

“But but if you don’t have a 300 whizzbang authority magnum shooting Barnes bullets you can’t shoot an elk in the ass and penetrate into the vitals”. Ok I will literally never take that shot no matter what I’m shooting I don’t think it’s very ethical. Swear he talks like that’s the only shot presentation you will ever see.

I’ll poke something in the ass if I have to. I shot an animal in the ass this year that was already shot. He was going over a ridge at 700 yards. It put him down quickly.

Hard to get far if you take out the rear axle, especially if it has already been shot.

If there are two camps, I think both have merit in that both small and large bullets kill.

However, on one side, I’ve observed Form/S2H share proof & data on the effectiveness and benefits of shooting smaller bullets with less recoil while saying he also loves larger calibers and enjoys/shoots both. Also, unsponsored and without a bias towards scope brands, only concerned with what works. This camp is willing to debate and often invites conversation.

On the other side, I’ve observed sponsored/paid shills claim hunting with half millimeter smaller bullets don’t work and that testing scopes in a way that exposes how fragile they are is dumb. This camp appears to refuse to have conversations with the other on this topic.

I’d love to see em all chat it out, everyone goes on shooting what they like, and the whole community continues to apply pressure demanding more durable scopes.

I made a really poor shot decision on a doe a few weeks ago with my .58 round ball. Essentially an ass shot. However, it didn't go 10 feet and died in about 20 seconds. It was a pretty messy butchering job and I lost the tenderloins. I don't think I'll do that again.

I listened to a podcast a while back that he did with Robby while I was doing a deep dive looking everything Robby’s ever said about mule deer. From his opinions and general comments I was thinking he was quite a bit older than Robby and I scoffed at the fact it was called the back country podcast. I was shocked when I saw a picture of him 😂

You missed big "rutting" bull elk.....because of the scores of rut rifle elk tags across the west lol.
