Unfortunately you’re going to learn what everyone tried to tell you, but you were too smart to see. Hopefully you draw your moose tag in the next 4-5 years. Otherwise you’ll just be making 50 dollar donations to CPW like the rest of us.

In my unit, a NR could draw a cow moose tag every year with zero until just a couple years ago. That's over, but the odds are still pretty good since NRs don't want to pay the steep price to hunt a cow...
