Have you been using standard Tikka mags? If so, have you had any feeding issues with the 22 GT?
Yes, I’ve cycled probably close to 100 rounds through the standard M magazine without any issues at all. Seems to cycle just fine out of mdt aics mags too, 308 mags without binder plate.

I have a PBB 6.5 prc barrel I just took out weekend before last. I am very happy with it. I put like 18 rounds through it, after bore site I shot a 10 round group right at 1.5 inches. I am hoping to get out this weekend and shoot at 5-600 and see how it does and chronograph it.

How long is your barrel?

I've got about 120 rounds through my 18in 1:9 Tikka light hybrid 284 win. Consistently getting 1.25ish 10 round groups at all distances.
162 eldx 3.100oal, 51.5gn H4350, cci200, Peterson brass, 2675fps
19", 162ELDM, 3.131 coal, WLR, 52.2gr H4350. Peterson brass.

I will note that I am getting light clickers on the first firing but I didn't FL size the virgin brass so not gonna get too concerned just yet on that front till I set up the die for a proper shoulder bump now and see how things run.

During load development I saw the same, clickers at 52.5ish and hard bolt lift at 53.5

Even the brass from the starting loads of my ladders have a tiny bit of click (IE 49grs of H4350 for instance). The primers aren't flattened or cratered at all and I can't see any ejector marks, some brass has a faint extractor mark on them. I'll clean the chamber well and get these all properly FL sized and revaluate. Might as well load up some at .5gr less too just to compare.

Data points FYI

51.5 - 2672
52.5 - 2713 (couple light clickers)
53.5 - 2776 (primers slightly flat, hard bolt lift on 2 of the 5 shots)

This is my first time working with a Tikka, I could have misdiagnosed the clickers, I cleaned the chamber and bore after the initial ladder and haven't touched it since. I'm at 140 rounds now and it's been a flawless performer.

Was it virgin brass or did you FL size it first?

I'll find out soon enough after I size this stuff and reload another batch. Worst case I back off 1/2gr as noted. This is the first caliber I've come up against clickers rather than flat primers, ejector marks, hard bolt lift. It also was in the 80F range when I was shooting these so probably will tame down a lil in cooler weather.

My ladder was
49: 2578
50:2603
51: 2654
51.5: 2992
52: 2719
52.5: 2732
53: 2784

I did 5 shots a 52gr first but had a fairly large ES, then did 5shots at 52.2gr and it settled in better so I loaded some more and shot the 10shot group and some distance work.
