EE vs Katabolic

Sorry if this been hashed over already. I am thinking of adding a couple down quilts to the mix. Looking a 40ish degree quilt for summer camping and early season hunts and a 0 or 10 degree quilt for pack in hunts. All else being equal spec wise can you recommend one brand over the other?
I am a side and stomach sleeper mostly, sleep kind of hot. Price differences arent an issue. My main concern is functionality, weight is an consideration. but honesty a few ounces either way isnt a big deal.

Can’t give you a testimonial but I recently ordered a Katabatic 15, if you look at the reviews on YouTube the Katabatic really looks superior in every way to the EE’s. Plus the Katabatic seem to be dead on balls or conservative in temp ratings compared to the optimistic temp ratings of EE.

Yes the reviews look almost too good to be true in some cases.
 
I know a guy likes to save money where he can but when it comes to certain things like getting good sleep you can’t really put a price on it. I read and researched every single known quilt maker and really came up with the stuff Katabatic puts out is as good as it gets.
 
when it comes to fit/finish, tough to beat Katabatic- they are the cadillac of quilts

having said that, I've also owned quilts by EE and Hammock Gear and as long as you are talking apples to apples (ounces of like down fill) then you can definitely save some $, the sewing won't be quite the same, but the performance will be
