Those down pants are sweet! Are the zippers pass thru to access pant pockets inside? And are your baffles sewn through or box?

Yup, pass through zippers. The pants are on and off enough I didn't want to forget keys in pockets. I would call the baffles a hybrid. The baffle width on the shell is 4" but the lining material has 5" between seams giving it significantly more loft like a box baffle. A real "PIA" to set up but huge improvement over the typical sewn through.

Every thought of doing a nalgene holster that attached to the hip belt where it comes out of the frame? Trying to figure a way of making it removable/attach to that big strip of Velcro on the kuiu belts.

I'm not very familiar with the Kuiu frames. I've only got mystery ranch. That sounds like a hell of an idea though and i think MR has a similar attachment.

I think some type of webbing would be good for a nalgene. Hip belts with molle would probably be easier to make a mount for.

May be easier but a guy starts to run out of real-estate room on the molle sections. Also a little bit of a PIA to get stuff on and off the molle.

A molle panel that mounts to the hip belt would be pretty slick, I. Know its a pain the attach/remove the accessories but then you know it's probably not coming off when you're not looking.

I'll admit, I've put close to 100-150 miles on my pack system @j43097 Made for me.

From 90#pack outs, trout fishing, scouting, 5 day excursions, upland/skeet/trap courses snowshoes and nearly Everly season and terrain, the TBAG hasn't torn or stretched or leaked/bled thru or scraped up.

Next up, it'll see shooting up rivers and creeks/streams in a 14' tinny with a custom cooler outrigger in search of them trout and sunfish we have. It's waterproofing will be tested.

I haven't posted any pics of projects in progress but this was a EDC pouch a friend asked for. 3 separate compartments. The back most one to hold his piece with a Velcro back panel and Velcro staps for a custom fit, middle compartment for single stack mags, and the from buckled pouch for the phone.

I've always been curious about how comfortable one has to be with sewing before they dive into the primo fabrics like x-pac.

Pretty neat designs though, keep it up!
