Dead predator pics

Thats a good night

That spot must be infested with yotes..
It Was infested with yotes.
Both the land owner, and the guy that runs the cow/calf operation believe I can walk on water...
The deer and the turkey are doing better now as well.

Been a slow summer for us with most of our ground in row crops. Gotten a few over the last few weeks.

Quick double on this stand.

Gave this guy a headache last night.

How bad do they run w/ bow shots?

I know they can run pretty dang far if the gun shot is not immediately vital.
I have only shot 2 with my bow, but neither made it out of sight, both spun around in circles and then made a short sprint

I remember tracking one a long way rifle shot (hit it back a little shooting it on the move) probably 5-600yds down a nasty thick ridge, and found it in a creek under a log still alive and had to finish it off there. One of the most unpleasant recoveries I’ve ever been a part of, and haven’t shot one on the move since

Tough creatures if you don’t make a good shot, even a coyote deserves better than that imo

Good shooting on the yotes. That will help reduce predation on the fawns & turkey. Really like the "headache" shot !

Thanks! Tried to hit a couple spots where landowners had issues recently. The one with the headache came out of a cattle pasture full of cows and calves.

Momma cows were not happy when we went in to get him 😂

Couldn't believe I actually pulled it off! Went up on a whim with no plan. Day 2, a pack set up shop in some trees 300yds behind my tent. A howl woke me up. I spent an hour+ making coffee & eating, as they howled and barked, just waiting for enough light to see. Pretty surreal. Got out of position and a silver slipped by before i could get on it. Black popped up at 490yds. He had my wind, but wanted to get a look at me... which was a fatal pause. Had a terrible rest on a wobbly log, but he was three steps from disappearing... so I was throwing lead regardless. 22creed unleashed 75gr of hatred at 3600fps. Hit him back in the gut, which dropped him. He tried to Lt Dan crawl away, but a second shot blew a baseball sized hole across his back... which kind of sucked.

Let’s see yours
A week's worth of calling during extreme bitter cold , no snow but zero was a high temp.Stuff becomes easy to call when food is scarce, fox, and coyotes.
