OIC. Yeah so if you come home after dark or whatever, they're gonna know somethin's up if you play chicken sounds, when they should already be roosted-up and sleeping I suppose.They are only out during the daytime and that is when the fox comes. I can't be there in the day when I am working. I have had her let them out on a Saturday when I am there, but they never show then. I have killed a few in the late evening, but I think it may have been a lot of luck.
