Day pack planning

Okay finally sat down and churned out my official fall hunt pack. Day dreaming version 3: DDv3

Full zipper with three zipper pulls on it is the change from version 2. Rest is just color change.

Both those packs turned out really good, you have a nack for the pack building.

Thats awesome, you really need to find some kryptek webbing, check on ebay its were i found mine. What is your belt/frame system?

I don't personally see the value in it, as in I wouldn't bother spending the extra money on my own stuff to make 1" strips camo when I think the coyote blends in fine (for my tastes).

I run a mystery ranch NICE frame.

I would agree, not sure I would source anything other than the main fabric in a pattern. You can use coyote, foliage or black for just about any pattern out there, and then you don't have to order bits and pieces of everything.

Agreed. Not saying I'd dismiss someone wanting what they want, I mean its all personal taste. I'm just saying for me its not worth it.

I went back and forth on putting in the orange fabric panels versus maybe some velco patches or such to stick some orange onto the pack and not block all the rear access stuff. But in the end I realized for myself I'm likely only going to run the camo bag when hunting and a bit of orange on my back doesn't seem out of place. I can just run the coyote one if out day hiking and not wanting to draw attention from the anti crowd.
