Here’s another sample of the work Dixie does. Received it today.
MagnaCut blade, arrived sharp. Micarta handle.
Nice experience for my first venture into the custom, hand made knife world. Good to deal with.
Just what I asked for, just what I received.
I like how Dixie left the raw steel surface near the top of the blade, and in front of the handle. Uncommon design detail that I find appealing.
Kydex sheath fit perfect.
Looking forward to putting it into action.

Used the knife to break down a whitetail this past weekend.
I know it’s not an elk or a moose, that having been said…
Easy to work with.
Stayed sharp thru the whole process.

I don't know of anyone who makes an exact replica, but I know a bunch of guys here(myself included) would be happy to work on something for you. Including using many modern steel options.

LS Wild has their mass produced unit finalized and up for sale other than that peruse the forum and contact the maker you like. I didn't want exactly what LS Wild was doing so I had Dixie do one for me with the blade dimensions I wanted.

@BBob covered the standard (Dixie Zipper) purchase.
I primarily work through PM's and like the other builders on here are happy to do customs.
Im not taking orders unless I have one heat treated as I will be gone fishing/hunting next week.
I am working on two like the dark handled one out of Magnacut. More like a standard CBK 4" around .110 thick
