Kowa, my spotter came with rough focus, they had me a brand new one within a week and a half of when I shipped it out. I had it for half a year before I sent it back and they asked no farther questions.
Outdoorsmans is probably the best I've experienced.
Kifaru, Stone Glacier, Kenetrek have all been great.
Not sure if I'm picky or what, but clothing brands have not been as good as other gear, and thats with all 3 of what I consider the "big 3" of western hunting clothing.
Hammer Bullets, not even a question the best CS I've repeatedly received over several years.
Kifaru and Kuiu some of the best CS and some of the worst from both these companies... everyone has a bad day, so both times I've tried contacting them a second time and received exceptional service as a result.
irunguns.com - they are in importer/exporter of firearms into Canada. Consistently awesome especially considering the bureaucracy they have to deal with.

Cabela's....yes, they've been very good to me over many years.
Hilleberg and Mystery Ranch. I accidentally put a knife through my Hilleberg (obviously not covered by warranty) and they sent over a patch kit via priority mail in the two week gap between trips. I've since sent it out to them for a proper repair
Bergara rifles. Not only a lights out shooter but customer service is off the charts. The CEO will respond to messages or get on the phone with you if needed.
Leupold. Responded to my emails within minutes
Yeti. I had a cooler issue. I sent a PM on Facebook messenger. They responded within seconds. Said someone would call me within 10 minutes. In about 45 seconds my phone rang. Had an RMA and a replacement on the way in about 5 minutes.
Honestly, the folks at Amazon have always done what they needed to do to make things right. REI used to be phenomenal 15 years ago, but not recently. I remember last year hearing them argue with a customer returning a sleeping bag - it was like an interrogation. I know people abused their policies in the past, but I was very unimpressed.
I've been rifle shopping, and I've found that some companies are way better at answering questions than others, both over the phone and via email. The people at Legacy Arms (Howa) have been very helpful. The people at Remington have been great as well. On the opposite end, the people at Beretta (Tikka and Sako) aren't helpful at all, even over the phone. I don't know how any of those companies handle problems (as opposed to questions), but if these experiences are any indication then I really hope I don't have an issue with my Tikka.
For me, customer service and warranty issues are a distant second to having the product I need at a good price.
