I was out on a hunt last month and when I pulled my kestrel out to grab wind, one of the impeller nuts was gone so it wouldn’t read wind. I emailed kestrel once I got home from the trip about sending my unit in to get fixed or possibly getting parts to fix it. The same day they had parts on the way so I could get it fixed. Just figured I’d share a good customer service experience.
