George Gardner posted this. Under $1,000, locking windage, ED Prime glass. Reticle is unknown as are magnification ranges, FoV, weight, release data, and basically everything else.

There are more comments now. Gardner said the “donut of death” is back. I drug my feet and missed out on the original LRHSs. I hope not to repeat that mistake.

Seems in general it is the same LRHS plus
  1. improved optically a bit
  2. locking vs capped windage
  3. a rehashed version of the donut of death reticle dubbed the G3h

I also have the LRTS with the G3 reticle ............ stupidly good scope for the little money I paid for it. MY only complaint is I didn't buy 3 or 4 of them when I had the chance to!

Are they still being built in Japan??

Do we know if the internals will be the same?

I think there was a post (possibly by Form) here or at 24HCF about the engineers who helped Bushnell 'get it right' having left a couple of years ago ...

Recall anything about where they went?

I highly doubt GAP would associate itself with a lower quality loser. I expect this new LRHS to be as good as ever.

I like my LRHS scopes. Glad they are bringing them back; however, would have loved them being a bit shorter.
