SUCKS. Im not gonna get into the details, but wow. I was a burris guy, but no more ever again. the run arounds Ive gotten for customer service when they admit the scope was defective in unreal. and worse the canned computer non answers I get trying to get info just infuriates me.

I called and talked to them back in November I was siting in a xtriii and in low Hawkins rings 20moa rail it wouldn’t zero at 100 yards. Wasn’t the zero stop catching either. They were pretty much no help. All they could say was to buy there rings and use the plastic inserts to get the travel right. He didn’t even know how the turret system and zero stop worked on the xtriii he had to put me on hold and go talk to his neighbor he said. And came back with no answers other then buying there rings with the plastic inserts. I wasn’t impressed either. Plus with there current price increases they aren’t valued as well as they were before.

I had an older Burris that was good but don't see the value anymore in the new ones at their current prices.

Burris is sending me a brand new Veracity PH under their forever warranty. It was a pretty simple process.

I have only had to use their service once. I lost a turret cap. I called to BUY a new one and they would not let me. Instead they sent me two of them for free.

I had a Signature series fog on a deer hunt in AK twenty years ago. Sent it in and came back fixed at no charge.

Weird experience yesterday.

When I shipped in my scope for warranty repair, my bikini scope cover and bubble level were in the box. I got a notification I had a UPS package out for delivery. I was excited my replacement scope was set to arrive only to find they sent my scope cover and bubble level back to me via UPS. I would assume they were going to include those in the box with the new scope but maybe not.

ive been trying to get my replacement scope for one they said was trash for almost 4 months now. I have sent them multiple emails and ask on their site multiple times and get canned computer answers. Im ok with them taking 4 mos to get a scope out, kinda, but not ok with getting canned answers with zero info on anything other than heres your number but no link or info connected to the number.

That’s the problem with Burris, the service is either fine or non existent. I sent in an xtriii for a bad parallax knob, and they tried sending me an moa version of the scope instead of the mil version I sent in. Luckily I new their sku’s better than they did and was able to catch it before it got shipped out.

Burris service has always been great when I've used it. I bought a couple of used, made in USA Signature 3-10 scopes last year. There were issues with both of them and the reticle drifting when changing magnification. I sent them in, got the notice they were replacing them with Veracity 2-10 but the scopes were on back order. I had already replaced them and was planning on selling the new scopes. I called Burris, spoke to someone about what they actually had in stock and told them the plan. He said no problem, ended up getting a couple of Signature HD 5-25 scopes, and they didn't make me pay the small difference in price.

The ONLY problem I've had with them was Fullfield II and Fullfield E1 scopes and those damn stiff magnification rings. I had a couple E1's that were so stiff in the winter that I'd break polymer mag levers off. They sent them back saying there was no issues, they performed as expected. I used to be a big Burris fan, but I'm drifting away from them, mainly because I don't care for their current reticles. The original ballistic plex is the best version.

I received a brand new Veracity PH today via UPS. My original had to go back 2x and the second time, they replaced it with a new one.

I’m very happy with their warranty and service.

I bought a used XTRIII on here a couple months ago. First time I had it out I noticed some debris floating around.

I messaged Burris, and said send it in. They paid shipping, had it back within three weeks, and gave me a detailed check sheet of everything they did and checked on it.

No complaints here.

I haven't owned a Burris scope in a.minute because reticles. I still use the reflex sights . Warranty on those is they just and you a new one. I dropped one on a rock, partially crushing the lens. Killed several gobblers with it before I got around to swapping it out. They did no questions asked.

I used to have best luck getting them on the phone in Colorado. I'm not surprised you can get lost in their email directory with them having been bought out and becoming something of a subsidiary of Steiner.

I do have a story, tho. I sent an old pair of binoculars; as in made in USA long discontinued. I got an identical pair that was in a little better shape but not mine. After a phone call, they sent mine and paid shipping to get someone else's back to them.
