I really like my MEC Mochilero stretch pants, used them for about a year now. Only for Canadians though, but I bet REI has something similar.

Love my eddie bauer guide pros. Nothing bad to say...except I'm disappointed they discontinued the green color!

I just picked up some atg warming pants. They are great.. they are between the fleece lined and the regular outdoor flex waste. I literally almost never wear jeans anymore.
